Thirsty Thursday- Blueberry and Antioxidants

Blueberries are full of antioxidants that help keep you healthy. One of the best ways to enjoy this benefit and the great taste is in a smoothie. This healthy fruit smoothie recipe adds a sweet taste with condensed milk.

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries

1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt

1 tablespoon of condensed milk

1 cup of whole milk

Directions:

Blend the bluberries with the milk and yogurt. When the texture is smooth add the condensed milk and blen for another minute.
